Restaurant Billing Software with GST & KOT

LiKAR Bar is restaurant billing software built for how an Indian restaurant actually bills: one running tab per table, food and drinks on the same bill, GST applied per item, and a settle screen that closes the table and frees it for the next cover.

What you get

GST billing done the way restaurants need it

Food carries GST at the rate you set per dish; liquor stays outside GST because state excise and VAT are already inside the printed MRP. LiKAR Bar keeps the two apart automatically on every bill and in the HSN summary, so your GST return matches what you actually charged.

One bill for the kitchen and the bar

A table can order a starter, a main and a round of drinks. Food routes to the kitchen ticket (KOT), drinks route to the bar ticket (BOT), and both land on one combined bill at settle time — no reconciling two systems at the end of service.

Split payments, tips and approved discounts

Settle in cash, card, UPI or a split across all three. Add a tip, apply a discount that a manager has to approve, and add service charge, cover charge or ice/soda/water charges that you configure once and forget.

Works when the internet does not

Billing keeps running offline and syncs when the connection returns, so a dropped link during a dinner rush never stops you taking money.

Frequently asked questions

Is the restaurant billing GST compliant?+

Yes. You set a GST rate per dish and it is applied on the bill and rolled into an HSN-wise GST summary. Liquor is deliberately kept outside GST because state excise and VAT are already inside the government-fixed MRP, which is how liquor is taxed in India.

How much does LiKAR Bar cost?+

Every outlet starts with a 7-day free trial with full access and no card required. After the trial an activation key keeps the outlet running — contact GoWave Automation Lab for current pricing.

Does it work offline?+

Yes. Billing continues during an internet outage and queued sales sync automatically once the connection returns, so a dropped link during service never stops you taking payment.
